    Steelers-Jaguars kickoff time changed

Kickoff for the Steelers Week 11 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday, Nov. 18 has been flexed by the NFL.

The game, originally scheduled to start at 8:20 p.m., will now be a 1 p.m. kickoff at TIAA Bank Field and broadcast on CBS, locally on KDKA-TV.

CBS has also protected the Steelers-Broncos game on Sunday, Nov. 25 (Week 12), the Steelers-Los Angeles Chargers game on Sunday, Dec. 2 (Week 13), the Steelers-Patriots game on Dec. 16 (Week 15), and the Steelers-Saints game on Sunday, Dec. 23 (Week 16). These games will not be flexed and the kickoff times will not change.

The Steelers still have two primetime games remaining including this Thursday, Nov. 8 against the Carolina Panthers at Heinz Field at 8:20 p.m., and Sunday, Dec. 9 against the Oakland Raiders at Oakland Coliseum at 8:20 p.m.

NFL flexible scheduling runs from Weeks 5-17. The NFL implemented flexible scheduling in 2006 for Weeks 10-15 and expanded it in 2014 to include Weeks 5-17.

There are protocols in place as to when games can be flexed, both in terms of weeks, and how far in advance.

Fans planning to travel to road games after week 9 (or whenever that starts) need to consider that when figuring travel.

The people it really hurts are those who get flexed INTO a night game. Where travel options post gMe are limited.

It is what's best for tv, and therefore the league. After all 99% of people get their football from a screen, not a seat.

    A. We are going to be overconfident
    B. Its on the road there
    C. They arenít a good team
    D. Its not prime time

Like all three of tge crappy teams we play scare the piss out of me because of our track record

    Different OC now, we'll see.

When your red zone trend is different, perhaps it will be a different outcome now..................

    Always? Not 100% accurate.

    Pittsburgh Steelers 23 games played, 12-11 0.522

That might not include playoffs, but point is, it is more 50-50 than us "never" winning.

    E. The law of averages

Havenít lost a road game since week 2 last year,15-1-1 last 17 on road

They arenít as good this year but did crush Pisstriots at home

Our D is what lost two games last year so maybe itíll be different this year, should be interesting

The last two games I've attended in jax we've won. I'm looking for good seats at the moment. I expect them to win. I always expect them to win. A repeat of the panther game would be nice. I'd be able to slide down to fieldlevel by the 3rd quarter
